"I went in thinking that I could have a better experience than simply ordering online. I get to the store with not a single employee around. Start looking at items and still no one around to ask for help. Lastly, when I decided to go look for some one because I wanted to try out some boots, I find someone, he gets the boots I requested and then bounced. Not even tried to come back to see if I was going to take the boots or not, so I decided to just walk away. I’m not sure if people there are just afraid because of COVID but if that’s the case then just close the store instead of offering a subpar service. I really wanted to try different things and buy a few items but after the terrible service, I ended up finding a different store, bummer. "
